  • WHEN DOES THE UNICORN FESTIVAL 2024 TAKE PLACE?
    Unicorn Festival 2024 takes place on the festival grounds of Antwerp (Thonetlaan 165 2050 Antwerpen (BE)) on Friday 21th, Saturday 22th of June.

    This is a strict policy and anybody younger than 18 years on June 22, 2024, even if accompanied by an adult, will not be permitted entrance.
  • CAN I PAY MY DRINKS CASH OR BY CARD?
    We will have a cashless system. Payments are done by card at the bar. Mayority of cards are accepted (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard).
  • LOST & FOUND
    All found items will be delivered to the local Police of Linkeroever Antwerp, the day after the festival. You can contact the local Police of Linkeroever Antwerp at +32(0)32.10.95.11
  • FOOD & DRINKS
    A wide variety of food and beverages will be available all day and night via the various vendors at the festival grounds. Soft drinks and beer can be bought at the drink stalls scattered all over the site. If you don't like alcohol, there are several delicious mocktails and there is also alcohol-free beer served. We offer a wide range of food to our visitors: from vegetarian or biological to fast food. You can only pay with Food & Drink tickets. You can buy them at the Food & Drink booths on the festival terrain and campsites. Payment for these Food & Drink tickets can be done with Bancontact, Maestro, Visa of Mastercard and cash. Attention: bringing your own drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) in glass, can, briquette or plastic bottles is not allowed. It isn't possible to buy cigarettes at the Unicorn Festival.
  • LOCKERS
    You can store your valuable belongings & clothing, without having to worry about loss or theft. You can hire a locker during the weekend/day. The lockers can be found at the festival. During the opening hours, lockers are continuously under surveillance. The lockers are always accessible for the people who rent them. There are different sizes of lockers (medium and large) available so you can choose the one that fits you the most. You pay them at the festival via your credit or debit card.
  • PHOTO & VIDEO
    You will be allowed to bring non-professional cameras into the event. Small simple devices without a detachable lens and smartphones are welcome in the Festival Park. Accessories (such as tripods, tripods, selfie sticks, Gopro mounts, etc) are also not allowed. You must obtain permission to bring a professional camera (please get in touch with Unicorn Festival organisers) into the event.
  • IS THERE A FIRST AID?
    Yes, we have a trained first aid team that will help you out when something happens.
  • IN CASE OF HOT WEATHER?
    We have added an extra tent to create shade. Free water at the toilets (you can use you're free reusable cup) We provide 2 huge water sprinklers There is natural shade created by the huge trees Free sun block at the toilets You can bring your own sun block Our first aid team will have extra water
  • VISITORS WITH A DISABILITY
    Unicorn Festival puts in a great effort to make the festival accessible to visitors with disabilities. Do you have a disability and are you facing any problems where you can’t find a solution?   • CAN I PROMOTE ON/AROUND THE FESTIVAL SITE?
    On and around the festival site - including on the public road - it is prohibited by police regulations to distribute and/or hang flyers, posters or other promotional material. Sponsors and media partners will be given visibility in the Festival Park - according to agreement with the organization.
  • FESTIVAL ADDRESS
    The festival is located at Zeescoutsbasis Linkeroever, Thonetlaan 165 2050 Antwerpen (BE), Belgium.
  • PARKING
    There will not be a parking from the festival itself. Remember that parking close by to the festival, you will need to put your parking disc. If you park closer to Thonetlaan 1 to 24 (Sint-Annastrand), parking will be free. Be careful. The festival area is in a LOW EMISSION AREA. Park nearby Sint Anneke Plage. Other areas you have a maximum of 2h parking. You can also use P+R Linkeroever (€1 all day long), and take the tram to the festival. Exit the tram at VAN EEDEN station.
  • PUBLIC TRANSPORT
    Unicorn festival 2024 is perfectly accessible by public transport. You can call on De Lijn & NMBS.
  • HOW TO GET THERE?
    Try to come by foot, bike or public transport. Parking options are limited around the festival.
  • HOW TO COME BY FOOT?
    There is a pedestrian and bike tunnel right next to the festival field. The tunnel starts at SINT-JANSVLIET. You can also come by ferry. Ferries go every 30 minutes and they leave from STEENPLEIN.
  • HOW TO COME BY TRAM?
    Take line 3, 5, 9 or 15 to VAN EEDEN station. From there it is a 4minutes walk to the festival. (Walk towards the river and go to the left.
  • CAN I COME BY CAR?
    Be careful. The festival area is in a LOW EMISSION AREA. Park nearby Sint Anneke Plage. Other areas you have a maximum of 2h parking. You can also use P+R Linkeroever (€1 all day long), and take the tram to the festival. Exit the tram at VAN EEDEN station.
  • CAN I PARK MY BIKE?
    There is a huge bike parking provided at the festival.
  • CAN I LEAVE MY STEP SOMEWHERE SAFE?
    This is still a difficult issue. We try to solve this, but for 2024 it will probably not work. Sharing steps is no problem. They can be left in front of the festival.
  • ON THE FESTIVAL SITE
    1) Drugs and weapons are strictly forbidden. If we discover drugs or weapons, we will immediateley notify the police. 2) All visitors must be able to show their identification card at all time and prove they are 18. If you don’t meet the minimum age, access will be declined. Even if you have a valid ticket. Tickets will not be compensated. 3) It is forbidden to express any form of racism. E.g.: all texts, symbols, gestures and improper statements that lead to racism are forbidden ! 4) If you enter the festival site there’s a possibility you will get a body search. The security can ask the owners of a ticket or a special entrance, and from the same gender as them, to subject themselves voluntarily to a superficial control. 5) If you enter the festival site you have to hand over your ticket at the entrance so it can be scanned. The ticket will be exchanged for an entrance bracelet. With that bracelet you can leave and enter the festival. 6) Own food and drinks, drugs and dangerous objects are strictly forbidden at the festival site. 7) From 23h00 on Friday & 23h00 on Saturday the organization has the right to decline visitors, even if they have a valid ticket or a special entrance from the organization. 8) The access is declined to the following persons: * People under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other stimulating drug. * People who are declined to a former festival by the organization or the administrative or judicial authorities. * People who show to be violent due to manifest behaviour and who want to disturb the public order. * People who resist the control and the body check by security and the local authoroties of the festival site. * People who resist handing over their items if they are considered to be dangerous of forbidden. * People who are in conflict with one or several articles of the house rules. 9) Visitors are only allowed in the areas permitted to the public. All other areas are forbidden. 10) Visitors that have a medical condition and have to take daily medicines, need to bring a copy of a doctor’s prescription. 11) The organization has the right to tow away any car that is wrongly parked. The organization has an agreement with the Local Police. The car will be towed away at the expense of the offender. The offender willl be verbalized by the Local Police. 12) Every visitor in possession of a ticket participates at the event at his own risk and dismisses the organization of all responsibility. The visitor agrees to every instruction the organization is imposed as part of the public order and the safety during the festival. 13) When the visitor receives a ticket, he agrees to the possibility that he/she might get filmed or photographed during the festival. These images can be registered or stored. The images can also be used by the organization to promote the event.
  • RESPECTLESS BEHAVIOR
    Unicorn Festival is a festival that welcomes everyone regardless of gender, language, political persuasion, racial or ethnic origin, religion or ideology, handicap or impairment, age or sexual orientation. We reject any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment and respectless behaviour! Our security people, crew and first aid staff are always ready to help you. By purchasing a festival ticket you explicitly confirm that you as a visitor are bound by our festival regulations. Any infringement of these rules will be sanctioned. Unicorn Festival reserves the right to deny access to the site to anyone at any time if there is sufficient reason to do so.
  • ALCOHOL AT UNICORN FESTIVAL?
    Bringing your own alcohol to the festival site is strictly prohibited.
  • DRUGS
    The possession, sale and/or use of any illegal or illicit drugs at the Event will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the Festival venue. Undercover police officers will be staffed to enforce all drug violations. We will provide an amnesty box at the entrance of the Event and we encourage all attendees to “turn in, no questions asked” any illegal or illicit drugs and/or substances prior to entering the Event. If you SEE SOMETHING-SAY SOMETHING. If you observe any attendee using, selling, distributing and/or in the possession of any illegal or illicit drugs and/or substances, immediately notify a police officer, security personnel or your supervisor. Be proactive and make a difference.
  • CAN I TAKE MY MEDICINES AT THE FESTIVAL?
    Unicorn Festival conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs. If you need to take prescribed medication due to health problems, you need to be in possession of a valid medical certificate. Only with a valid medical certificate, you are allowed to take these medications with you.
  • WHICH SECURITY MEASURES DO WE TAKE?
    The safety and health of festival goers, artists and their crew, employees and local residents is always our top priority. We have a strong security policy. In the run-up to the festivals, we regularly meet with local and federal police, and with local and provincial authorities. There is also permanent consultation during the festival. We will provide further information about this in the run-up to the festival.

    We’re in a new digital era with a much needed focus on personal data. We want to be fully transparent about what we do with the data we have on you and where we get it from. Look here for some of the cases in point.
  • OPENING HOURS
    The camping opens Friday at 14:00u and closes Sunday at 12:00u.
  • TICKETS
    You have the option to purchase a camping ticket in addition to your regular ticket in the ticket shop. You can get your tickets here. Have you already bought your tickets for the Unicorn Festival? You can also simply purchase a camping ticket at the ticket shop. IMPORTANT! To acces the camping you need to have a valid festival ticket on the day of arrival.
  • WHERE IS THE CAMPING LOCATED?
  • FACILITIES AT THE CAMPING SITE
    The camping offers: - Free showers - Free toilets - Free cooking corner with hot water and microwave - Lockers with power outlets There will be 24/7 presence on the campsite in case of emergency. No store will be available on the camping site, but there are several supermarkets at a walk distance from the festival.
  • FOOD & DRINKS
    There wil be various food trucks available for you to choose from! They have veggie and vegan options. You can purchase a croissant and coffee at the camping site for breakfast!
  • CAMPING RULES AND POLICY
    Rules: Every person who wishes to stay overnight needs a camping ticket (this does not work per tent) and a festival ticket. Cars, bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, and campers do not belong here. Only tents are allowed. Hate, homophobia, discrimination, racism, ... are strictly prohibited and will be strictly enforced here. Our campsite is a safe space for everyone! No shopping carts, wheelbarrows, or hand trucks. No glass or other sharp objects (including glass jars with food). No tap installations. No gas bottles (only the smallest size (maximum content 250g) is allowed). No sound systems. We all like to sleep in silence. No open fires between the tents. No generators, car batteries, power units, or generators. No pets except for guide dogs for people with visual impairments. No drugs or other narcotics or substances that can be used as drugs. No weapons or items that can be used as weapons. Climbing and/or damaging fences and/or other installations or infrastructures is strictly prohibited. Graffiti, confetti, party poppers, etc. should be left at home. No trading in goods of any kind without permission from the organization. Disruptive behavior under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication may result in immediate removal from the campsite without refund of any costs for the remaining stay period. Dry ice is not allowed. Do not block emergency exits. If this is the case, the organization is free to move this material for safety reasons. Do not post flyers or posters of other events without permission from the organization. Leave the booze when you drive... that's why we provide a campsite! Leaving litter is not allowed. Use the available trash cans to dispose of waste. With your camping ticket, you have access to the campsite from day time to day time. We provide: the possibility to purchase a delicious breakfast, lunch, and refreshing (or hot) drinks. We also provide showers, toilets, and power outlets. There is no power supply to the tent. All guests must leave the campsite by Sunday 12:00 PM. Everyone who cannot adhere to these rules will lose access to the campsite for the remainder of the festival.

    Tickets can only be bought through our official ticketing partner Tibbaa. All tickets can be found here. You can swap via ticketswap.com. NOTE : Do not buy tickets via other platforms. Chances are big they are fake.

    Introducing the Very Magical Unicorn ticket! This year you will be greeted with a new RAINBOW STAGE where you can enjoy the festival around the DJ's and performers on STAGE! Imagine an area where you can dance, have a drink at the bar and be immersed in the show. V.M.U. tickets incl. acces to the Rainbow deck with bar, bottle service, toilets AND acces to the official AFTER PARTY on the festival site! The After Party is from 01u00 - 03u00
