5.4 All tickets purchased through the official channel of Unicorn Festival (www.unicornfestival.be and ticket swap) will not be refunded if the festival cannot take place due to force majeure. These tickets remain valid for a next edition (in the case of Unicorn Festival this will be a postponed date or the edition of the following year).

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Website, parts thereof and all information and/or content on, connected to and/or generated by the Website, including but not limited to all texts, images, logos, graphics, formulas, video files, sound files, HTML codes, software, databases, the design or any other creation, content or information on or related to the Website, belong to the exclusive intellectual property of STUDIO BONHEUR or its licensors and may only be reproduced or communicated to the public after express, written and prior permission from STUDIO BONHEUR or its licensors.
